Prior to a lease event, Edgar Property Solutions successfully acquired new premises for Glasgow based IT consultancy VelosIT, fully meeting their business objectives and occupational requirements.



With their lease expiry approaching, VelosIT wanted a cost effective solution to relocate their business. Remaining within Glasgow City Centre was essential.



Edgar Property Solutions carried out a detailed review of the market and identified premises at Corunna House, 39 Cadogan Street. Extending to 7,500sq ft, the property fully met VelosIT’s requirements. I secured a highly competitive 10 year lease for VelosIT, which included an 18 month rent free incentive, a tenant only break option at year 5 and also an expansion option with competitive terms.


Extra Mile

To speed up the conclusion of the lease, I liaised directly with VelosIT’s solicitor, meeting on site to discuss the relevant issues.  I also recommended a suitable contact to undertake the building survey and obtained landlord agreement to remedy a number of identified faults prior to VelosIT’s entry.
